Since about a month ago i havent be able to sleep untile approaching 2 or 3 in the morning, sometimes latter than that. It sucks. Cause im tired, but i just cant sleep. Right very soon im not so tired, im wide awake and its 4 within the morning...been awake adjectives night. do i hold insomnia?? do u get diagnosed next to that? help. Your doctor can aid you w/that easily. Generally they will put you on Ambien, which they in a minute have within a cheaper generic version. Also, if you exercise precipitate in the daylight and get out contained by the sun in the morning you can sleep much easier at dark. Also, you probably know that drinking caffeine any time during the day can hold on to you from sleeping at night...caffeine can stay contained by your body up to 24 hours.
there are lots of reason you may not be sleeping. take a look at things going on surrounded by your life...change in calendar, exercise, food, caffeinated drinks, sugar intake, stress, etc.. and being on the computer doesnt backing. it is too stimulating. shut it off and read a book or listen to some muted calming music, if that doesnt sustain, go see a dr. they can prescribe some things that can lend a hand you re-train your brain that you will only use temporarily. suitable luck!

Why cant I seem to be to sleep more than 3 or 4 hours at a time?
I seem to be tired when I budge to bed, but then I will solitary sleep hard for a few hours and rouse up. I usually take a snooze again before I budge to work. Could there be a well-mannered reason for this? It's not resembling I drag for the rest of the day, but I would resembling to get adjectives of my sleep at one time. Maybe you have sleep apnea. I hold it and this sounds a lot close to my routine before I get diagnosed and recieved help. You should see a doctor.
It is not usual. Be rigid to your waking and sleep guide. After some days it will come to normal routine. Appropriate enviornment for sleeping also required. More tea or coffee some be controlled especially at bed time. Increase your physical happenings. Remain positive. Smile enough.Take harmonize diet. These things will work. If not then consult a psychiatrist for treating it.

Why Cant I Cry?
it started a while ago, my parents used to fight adjectives the time...
i just cried seriously when i was a kid caus of this.
and immediately, i just cant cry anymore...no issue how sad i am...
is something wrong beside me??
also at times i feel terrible,angry,happy etc.for no adjectives reason. I commonly can't cry when I'm depressed. I'd seek out a psychoanalyst or doctor and deal next to the depression. Hugs to you!

Why cant a wart be remove from your forhead by freezing it?
i have a wart on my forehead and the doctor sent me to a surgeon to draw from it off she said she couldnt freeze it bad because it was on my forehead I don't know - I own had sunspots frozen bad my nose and cheeks, and I can't see much difference between that and my forehead. You should enjoy asked the surgeon why.
I have have warts which I hold removed in different ways - sometimes if you put a sticking plaster over them and be off it for a couple of weeks, that starves the wart and it will disappear. There are also wart remover lotions you can buy from the chemist, perhaps you could try one of those.

Why can´t I sleep customarily?
I have tried almost everything, except lift sleeping pills, to go to sleep approaching a "normal"person. I would love to be capable of go to sleep at 11 at hours of darkness, remain asleep, and wake up re-energized and ready for the morning at 6 in the morning, which is the actual time I get up up to go to work. It doesn't come up that way for me. I usually travel to sleep around 3 in the morning and next wake up at 6 for work. I study what I eat so I am not consumption or drinking anything that will keep me awake. I enjoy gone without nap and keeping myself extra busy so that maybe I will tire out at a clad hour. Doesn't work. I really don't know what else to do. I am actually sitting here typing this, running on just about two and a half hours of sleep. Any warning?? Why can't you drink red liquid previously you attain a colonoscopy?
I made a mistake and drank a bottle of red mag citrate! Can I still get my procedure done tomorrow? Why can't I drink red liquid before? So won't be confused or shroud blood.

Why can't some category of numbing med travel into a tetanus shot?
If we all know how aching it is to get this shot, why hasn't at hand been any revival?? I'm talking just about the 2-3 days AFTER the shot. I know just how you have a feeling - they hurt like HELL! I have to get a tentanus shot when I sliced my knuckle begin washing a cup when I was almost 9 mos. pregnant. Of course, when I appeared at the walk-in medical clinic, preceded by my stomach, they took one look at me and said, "WE DON'T DO THAT HERE!"
When I finally convinced them I be not in labor, I needed 4 stitches and a tetanus shot. I don't know which hurt worse initially - the lidocaine shot into the wound for the stitches or the tetanus shot. A few minutes subsequent, I had forgotten adjectives about the lidocaine shot, but for in the order of a week, I had this massive pain surrounded by my shoulder, accompanied by a HUGE lump from the tetanus. Can't they invent an oral vaccine similar to they did for polio?
