my partner is disabled and had to spend the dark in hospital, which he found to be awfull so i am going to complain I am sorry in the order of your bad stay, but i want you all the luck something like complaining.
I have be there and done that and i can share you this, i got no where on earth. They know what to say and what to do. I give up and got fd up of man passed around to this person and that entity bla bla bla.
