Where does tingling contained by fingers and toes come from?

I don't mean when they are asleep. I'm have tingling in my fingers and toes. Usually if I find this in my fingers I carry a migraine headache. What do you think this is from? could be a pinched cheek in any your neck or pay for ?
It's normal for migraines to impose it, but you could have fruitless circulation in your hand and feet.
