whenever I play my psp video games my eyes feel similar to they are burning. so I went to the eye docter and said its drying my eyes out. how can I stop this? it really hurts to play video games immediately :( u need to rob a break from playing the video games. it is very desperate for ur eyes to keep staring at the eyeshade for hours on end. u are probably also too close to the eyeshade. whenever ur eyes start burning, get stale of the game and lift about an hour break. if u don't do this, u could cease up with ongoing eye damage resulting within blindness. so just steal a break ok.
if you wear contacts take them out and wear specs when playing.
if you are nearsighted (can't see far away) and wear corrective lenses (contacts or glasses) then your eyes are probably have to strain to see something up close for so long. get reading goggles with a low magnification and it will sustain.
or - try rewetting drops. use them when your eyes begin to get the impression strained
