Why are so various relatives within chronic dull pain if tablets is so elevated tech and expensive?

People are still in dull pain, because these high tech medicine are so incredibly expensive.. who can afford to feel better.
Insurance does not cover most of these strange fangled meds.
Because high tech and expensive don't mingy infallible.
