i have white grades on my nail which i own understood are connected next to nutrition and maybe hitting nail somewhere but i noticed impossible to tell apart white mark on one of my teeth what is it.
can the white results on my nails also be related beside me always sort of risky my cuticles and is the only answer to getting rid of the white grades on my nails is stop unsafe and letting them grow out. what about my teeth what am i supposed to do. please let somebody know me as these white marks enjoy made beautiful pin turn into ugly ones. bu the opening i dont have these white nail on my toenails yet i remove the cuticles adjectives the time please help. thank you The white grades on your nails are where on earth you've either bang your finger in a drawer or door, or bent the pin while opening something approaching a soda can. I imagine what ur talking in the order of could be a calcium deficiency. I own the problem on one of my canines and also had it on a fastener. Start eating more calcium and except for the tooth they'll progress away.
