Whats the best road to shower beside two long leg cast?

first off, sorry more or less the fractures. hope they heal economically.
while the above technique (garbage bags up olden the cast) works, not in your condition. i suggest sponge bathing as it's easier said than done to sit in the shower next to both legs out. plus, i know you're non-weightbearing so it'll be tough to maneuver in and out of the shower stall or tub. plus, if you acquire in the tub, place a crutch across the tub and lay both foot on it, it will bother your back and hip flexors (that technique works beside one cast). so sponge bathing is the way to run. hope it gets better for you.
