this is happened a couple of times
sometimes when i cant sleep at hours of darkness and it's late
i'll be lying at hand
but all of a sudden it feel like my together body is locking up
and all my joint are tensing up
even my face locks up
and i consistency like my complete body starts shaking!!
and everything is numb
i cant even say anything when i overt my mouth
this burning sensation goes throughout my together body
and i can sorta feel my blood rushing through everywhere
its especially hard to breathe
and its sooooo terrifying
this lasts for just about 10-15 seconds
it happen like conceivably 3-4 times and then it stops.
wtf is that!?
why does it start to me?
is it normal?
does it develop to anyone else here Sounds like rickets or scurvey.
What you are experiencing my friend is astrocatalepsy. It's when we are sleep sometimes we evacuate our bodies but don't come back contained by fast ample and that's when you experience feeling approaching you are paralized and can't breath, etc.
