I'm in Itermediate salsa and other classes, I do ballet 3 times a week jazz 2, touch 2, 1 lyrical, and 1 acro. Why do my knee's hurt all the time surrounded by ballet at handrail?
If this helps, when I be born I had a 80% hit and miss of having Wilm's tumor and my not here side is bigger and weaker. well i be a ballerina for 16 years. and i was have knee problems. the doctor told me that because adjectives the muscles in my legs are formed on the outside (as thats the nouns you work the most during dance) that when i bent & straightened my legs my knee cap got pulled to the outside fairly than the normal up/down motion that they are supposed to move. so they put me contained by physical therapy doing exercises to build up the muscles on the inside of my legs to even out the verbs on my kneecap so it moves up and down now. i still gain a little backache but it helped alot.
no event what, i would suggest you go do the doctor.
hi, i play sport and dance-not jazz anymore though. in netball my knees hurt alot and sometimes within dancing. could they be growing pains?? or possibly you are doing the step wrong or going in an unnatural position for your body. i articulate you let your knees rest for a bit and if this doesn't minister to then be in motion see a doctor. u may have arthritis surrounded by the knee and hold to have an operation-my friend did, but it could be anything.
dutiful luck
