sounds to me approaching you're experiencing what's called visceral referral dull pain. Sometimes when an internal organ is not functioning properly or is diseased, or in your satchel has an sore, it can send agony along the nerve that it's supplied by. those nerves markedly come from the spine, so you are left next to pain within your back.
