Ive seen best results and absorbancy beside the Prevail line of products, briefs, pullups, inserts, etc...
I be a direct caregiver for over 10 years (STNA) and am now an RN.
Depends the ones that look similar to pull ups -- because they fit all right and prevent leakage. We used them contained by the nursing home and also when I worked at Hospice for patients who were incontinent. I enjoy also used them myself when I have have bouts of diarrhea.
