Whats the slaughter opening to wrap my wrist ?

my wrist hurts and i don't know how i hurt it i think it might be sprained ,s whats the best means of access to wrap it any help pls thank you I would see a General practicioner a it could be fractured. This happen to my girl's ankle and she sluffed it off as a sprain. Now have artheritic pain after they operate on it year's later. Wrist wrap Leather velcro.
