When i woke up yesterday i have a stomach sting and i still own 1 very soon?

i woke up yesterday thinking i need to stay home i quality like i am almost to drop dead... i perceive the same road right now! but yesterday i have to go to conservatory yet today i get to stay home beacuase of my step dad here to wacth me! I've been this mode before lately not with this variety of feeling along near it! Can someone tell me what to do! I touch terrible! can you describe the anguish more and where it is?
